BIOGRAPHY
Vicky Annie Molina is currently working as an Administrative Coordinator in the Mechanical Engineering Program (MEEN) at Texas A&M University at Qatar. She joined the MEEN program as an Administrative Assistant in January 2007 and was recently promoted to her current position. During her college years, she had been a scholar for three consecutive years in the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute's (DOST-SEI). In 1999, she graduated with honors and earned a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology. When Ms. Molina joined Texas A&M University at Qatar last January 2007, she brought with her more than five years of administrative experience. She previously worked at Qatar Foundation - Human Resources Department and then she joined the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee in 2003 and has been part of the success of the 15^th Doha Asian Games last December 2006. Her role in TAMUQ includes coordinating administrative support function for the MEEN program. She coordinates workflow and promotes communication between functional areas. She directly reports to the Program Coordinator and serves as the focal point of the Mechanical Engineering Program. Ms. Molina is also a member of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and Institute of Administrative Management (IAM). Her interests are Office Administration and Administrative Professional Certification.
