BIOGRAPHY
Anthony Toyama recently graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and design, innovation, and society. He is joined Texas A&M University at Qatar as a Technical Laboratory Coordinator in the Mechanical Engineering Program since July 2009. Within MEEN, Mr. Toyama oversees the laboratories and lab equipment for the heat transfer and fluid mechanics labs. He has previously worked at Schick/Wilkinson Sword in their materials and testing laboratories. Mr. Toyama's interests span heat transfer and fluid mechanics, applied towards solar thermal power generation, as well as embedded controls, mechantronics, design, and sustainability.
