BIOGRAPHY
Anoop is presently working as a Research Associate in the Sustainable Energy Research Laboratory investigating the computational fluid dynamics part of the solar thermal methane cracking process. Before joining Texas A&M University at Qatar, he worked as a Research Associate in Thermodynamic Laboratory, HSU Hamburg Germany, under DAAD fellowship. He also worked as Project Officer, for a project funded by Department of Science and Technology, India at IIT Madras investigating the heat transfer characteristics of "nanofluids". He worked as a Junior Research Fellow for Aeronautical Development Agency in a project work for Light Combat Aircraft in Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory, India (research lab of DRDO) after his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also has two years of teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering Department of SASTRA Deemed University, India. Anoop's interest area includes, experimental heat transfer, computational fluid dynamics, micro-fluidics and multi-phase flows.
